Visionary leader behind the technical and business growth of Waka Tech, with an extensive background in scaling multi-billion dollar SAAS enterprises and Fortune 10 supply chains.
Expertise & Achievements
Timothy played integral role in scaling of Zoho Corporation, a global SAAS company. President, Zoho Corporation, $7B global SAAS company. Prior to that he led technology and supply chain at Fortune 10 companies like Reliance Industries, Sears/Kmart, Gloria Jeans and the Warehouse Group. He serves as advisor to Cerberus Capital on their supply chain fund.
Timothy has invested in and mentored startups like Carta, TAMR, Open Bay, Twine Health (Acquired by Fit Bit), Rest Devices, Cloudant (acquired by IBM), Vertica (Acquired by HP), Blue Fin (Acquired by X/Twitter).
Timothy graduated in business in 2000 and doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence in 2020 from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina. Timothy leads all aspects of technology and business operations at Waka Tech.

A titan of the global logistics industry, John has founded and led multiple multi-billion dollar logistics enterprises, taking them through successful public listings and global acquisitions.
Expertise & Achievements
John founded and led Cargo Services Far East focused on Ocean logistics, recently acquired by DP World. He also founded and took CN Logistics public (SEHK:2130) focused on air logistics. Both these companies serving Fortune 100 companies globally.
He is founder of eCargo (ASX), Chairman, JL Holdings Limited and CS Logistics Holdings. He serves as Director of Golden Eagle Retail Group (SEHK:3308) and Director, Nanjing Sample Technology Company (SEHK:1708).
John founded Hoi Kong Container Services and sold to Jardine Pacific. He also founded Mid Stream Holdings and sold to Hutchinson Port Holdings.
He has degrees in social sciences from Hong Kong University. John has contributed all intellectual property for build out of Waka Tech from his vast experience in freight forwarding.

PhD in Artificial Intelligence lead driving Waka Tech's core research and hyper-automation, with an extensive background in space-grade AI systems.
Expertise & Achievements
Dr. Kaushik leads AI research, development, testing and hyper automation at Waka Tech, specializing in Product Research & Testing and Hyper-automation.
Prior to this, he led a Wellness platform, integrating AI/Deep Learning and Local LLMs in enterprise and space applications for the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
He serves as an advisor to IIT Madras. Dr. Kaushik holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Christ College in Bangalore and a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Madras.

Deep-tech veteran and architectural lead with experience scaling systems for Walmart, the National Stock Exchange, and nationwide healthcare infrastructure.
Expertise & Achievements
Sriraman has led data analytics and Machine Learning for diverse industries including last-mile delivery automation, route optimization, and driver payments. During the pandemic, he led the India-wide development and deployment of the vaccine tracker.
He has also spearhead deep tech initiatives handling millions of orders per second in hyper-exchange environments, serving global giants like Walmart, Cowin, Dominos Pizza, National Stock Exchange, and Overstock.com.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Durgapur. As CTO, he leads all aspects of product development at Waka Tech.

Nagarajan is a successful serial tech entrepreneur, having founded companies including Resilio Labs, Appedo, and Softsmith Infotech.
He currently leads all aspects of innovation and private and public industry engagement at IIT Madras. Nagarajan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, India.
He serves as a primary technology advisor to Waka Tech, guiding the architectural and strategic direction of the platform.
Kerry Nickles

Distinguished legal expert and International Red Cross Board Member, providing high-level strategic and regulatory guidance to Waka Tech.
Expertise & Achievements
Kerry is a governing Board Member of the International Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to this, she served as Company Secretary and General Counsel at The Warehouse Group, and Company Secretary at Vector Limited.
In 2026, Kerry was honored as a Companion to the King Charles’ Service Order for her distinguished service to the Red Cross. She holds a Bachelor of Law and Economics from the University of Adelaide, Australia.
She serves as General Counsel at Waka Tech, overseeing all legal and regulatory frameworks for the company's global operations.
